Through the internationally renowned platform of Barilla, we can give life to our idea and help bringing positive changes in the lives of people.

This project aims to enhance the accessibility of poor and marginal rural people on food. The produced food is not reaching the people's plate due to the weak and diminished purchasing power of the people. Raising the income of such people through best possible alternative will trigger the sustainable food environment. Production of food crops does not necessarily ensure food for all. Sometimes focusing on distribution and accessibility part also ensures food for all. Targeting comparative advantage will make the people capable of trading their products for food grains. It is a useless effort trying to grow rice and wheat everywhere. For example: people of Arab countries are having enough food not by growing food crops; instead they are doing so by focusing on improvement in production of mineral resources. I have presented a prototype of my own country as an example for many other nations facing similar problem of distribution and accessibility. By turning the single way food supply channel (from terai to hills) and cash flow (from hills to terai) into dual channel cash and commodity i.e. from hills to terai and vice versa; we can ensure sustainable food environment at a reduced cost.
