New European research has found that eating a diet rich in vegetables and fish during pregnancy could help lower the risk of developing high blood pressure and pre-eclampsia. Thanks to a two-year project set up by the National Environment Agency in partnership with the national water agency PUB, Singapore's water sludge and food waste will be used to produce biogas.
