The food system is highly complex and is driven by many factors, such as health, security, culture and environment. This educational guide summarizes the key points linked to the food system. It presents an introduction (food paradoxes and the role of the SDG’s) followed by four chapters dedicated to: food and sustainability, food and health, food and culture, food and migration.

This pack is a collection of ready-to-use teaching resources and suggestions for the teacher, which aims at raising awareness of several topics related to food, culture and sustainability in the students. Most of the ideas are suitable for all levels of education.
