Based on the Food Sustainability Index (FSI), which studies the nutritional challenges, the sustainability of agricultural systems and the food waste and loss in 67 countries around the world, FSI Edu is an educational module intended for university lecturer to make the great complexity of the food sustainability understandable in the classroom, identifying the challenges and good practices in place.
The FSI Edu educational module can be implemented both in person and remotely by accessing the complete toolkit of materials and following the instructions in the manual.
