I accede to the Milan Protocol because I support the issues contained therein. As a food technologist (I'm on the register) I work accordingly.

In 1995 I graduated from high school at Verbania liceo specializing in classical studies. Then I joined the Graduate Program in Science and Technology at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan. I graduated in 2000 and the following year I passed the qualifying examination of Food Technologists of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. In 2001 I approached the world of Marketing and communications through a Master at the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore". I'm fond of team work and I love sharing and conveying my experience and techniques to those who approach the world of food and appreciate the culture of eating healthy and environmentally sustainable.

Behind it all, is the pleasure to share and convey the wealth of expertise I gained from years of travel, meetings and professional experience. For this reason, over the years, I have been, and I still am: Food Technologist Consultant and teacher; project manager, educational consultant and promoter for some of the most important training centers, including CSL, GI Group, GeA, Confartigianato VCO (Arts and Crafts), the Municipality of Baveno, Formont, VCO Formazione (Training), VCO Chamber of Commerce, ENAIP and VCO Federalberghi.
