EatResponsible is an Amsterdam-based advisory and consulting company working with three key segments of the food industry: consumers, restaurants and small producers.

EatResponsible advices restaurants and small producers to improve the impact of their operations on the environment and related communities. Our advice is based on the International Standards applicable in the industry and makes sure that financial results improve at the same time.
EatResponsible also supports consumers to raise awareness of the food industry impacts to allow them to take informed and responsible decisions.

EatResponsible aims to create positive change by improving the environmental and social impacts of the food industry.

Carmen Miletta Cossa, founder and managing director, has been studying issues related to sustainable development and the environment in the food industry for several years. Through her background in the restaurant business, marketing techniques and sustainable farming, Ms Miletta consults on feasible steps that deliver realistic objectives.

EatResponsible relies on other collaborators who have at least 10 years of experience in implementing environmental international standards, policy development, environmental social governance assessments and their financial implications. This experience allows our advisory group to address the challenges of different industry segments.
