Paolo Barilla will present Eating Planet at the Salone del Gusto in Turin. The book sets out the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition's proposals to overcome the challenges of making the global agri-food system sustainable. Moderated by Luca Mercalli, a panel discussion will follow with input from Carlo Petrini, Andrea Di Stefano, Vincenzo Ilotte and Egidio Dansero, Luigi Bistagnino, Silvia Barbero and Franco Fassio.
