Double Pyramid and the Food Sustainability Index at the University of Foggia

Francesca Allievi, researcher at the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition, will present the concepts of the Double Pyramid and the Food Sustainability Index, as well as introducing the work of the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition, with a particular focus on the role of young researchers and Alumni, to the Communication and Food Education students in the Faculty of Gastronomic Science at the University of Foggia.
