The Sustainable Diet costs even less to the Families
Enjoying good health and respecting the environment are not two separate behaviours. Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition explains this idea by the so-called Double Pyramid, a model consisting of a food and an environmental figure. The Food Pyramid shows the food groups that should be consumed less frequently on top.
