The future of biotechnology, access to food, sustainable diet, the relationship
between food and longevity: these are some of the priorities that will be
dealt with during the third International Forum on Food & Nutrition, next
30th November and 1st December in Milan. The Forum is organized by Barilla
Center for Food & Nutrition.

Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition explains this idea by the so-called Double Pyramid, a model consisting of a food and an environmental figure. The Food Pyramid shows the food groups that should be consumed less frequently on top.
