Water Management
L’acqua è una risorsa scarsa, per quanto rinnovabile. Come ricorda la Banca Mondiale, possiamo contenerla, incanalarla, raccoglierla, purificarla, impacchettarla, trasportarla e trasformarla, ma non possiamo “produrla”. Questa semplice osservazione conduce ad una complessa verità: gestire e governare la risorsa-acqua e il suo utilizzo rappresenta una delle più grandi sfide che la collettività si trovi oggi ad affrontare su scala globale.
