Scientist and nutritionist, Gabriele Riccardi is Professor of Endocrinology and Metabolism Diseases at the University of Naples “Federico II”, where he is also President of the Faculty of Human Nutrition. In 2008 he was appointed President elected of the Diabetology Italian Society (SID) and member of the steering committee of the Council on Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism of the American Health Association.
