The Barilla Centre for Food and Nutrition has organized a panel debate on food, nutrition and environment, with an economic and social perspective.
Discussion has focused in particular on the Barilla Centre for Food and Nutrition ‘Double Pyramid’: a unique model used to position foods in relation to their impact on both health and the environment.
