At the Aula Magna of the Department of Economics of the University of Rome III, the first BarCamp was held today on food and nutrition.

The BarCamp is an open meeting on a theme, an informal conference that arises out of a desire to share and exchange information, experiences and opinions. There are no spectators, only active participants: everyone is welcome and anyone can ask the floor to read papers, make comments and take part in the debates.
